Join us for a Spring Festival, including remembrance and thanksgiving to all those remembered in the Church’s memorial window.

4pm, in church for readings, hymns, poetry and music. All welcome. 

Come and join the us for the Flowton Spring Quiz on Friday 20th April at 7.30pm.

Small admission charge (~£5 adults). Do bring your own refreshments. Come along in teams of 4-6 or just turn up. 

All are welcome to join us at our Winter Quiz. It will be held in the Church at 7.30pm on Friday 15th January.

Our traditional candlelit service of lessons and carols will be held on Christmas Eve at 6.30pm.

Please note that this is a very popular service, often with standing room only so take your seats early.

As we had so many young children at our carol service last year, this year we are also having a Crib Service on Christmas Eve at 3pm. This will allow anyone that doesn’t want their children to be up at the later carol service an opportunity to join in the Christmas services.

We will build a crib scene in front of the altar with new large and robust figures which the children can handle, and we plan to sing carols and songs that they know as we tell the story and build the crib. Safe LED candles will be used!

The service will last about 30 minutes and biscuits and juice will be available afterwards.

There will be a Christmas Fair held in Church on Saturday 2 December, from 10am. Come and enjoy crafts for children, tombola (plus the ever popular kids tombola), bring and buy and lots more.

Our village Harvest supper was once again held in the Church on Friday 15 September. We raised over £450 for church funds, so thanks to everyone who attended. The food was once again delicious.  Gordon and Wilma’s raffle and auction went down a treat!
We welcomed new residents from Rhodd’s Farm to the village.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at the Harvest events in October – the coffee and craft morning, Harvest Festival and tea, and the Quiz Night.

The first planning meeting to gauge interest for the Open Gardens and Flower Festival to be held in 2019 was a success – we have a number of gardens that are planning on opening their gates.

It will be held on the weekend of 22nd-23rd June 2019.
