Running a rural Church is not cheap and we have a number of necessary building works approaching in the coming months and years. - go to www.thegivingmachine.co.uk
- on the menu bar at the top, click on ‘Find a Cause’
- search “flowton“
- click on “St Mary PCC Flowton” and click on ‘Join and Support’
- fill in the your details.
- select the “agree to terms and conditions” box (at bottom of page) and press the “submit” button
- you should now be a registered giver with St Mary PCC Flowton as your chosen beneficiary
All you have to do is go to The Giving Machine website and click on the purple ‘Go Shopping’ button. You may need to Login (on the top right of the screen) with your email address and password.
The most popular retailers are listed or you can search for the online retailer you want.
Click on ‘shop now’ next to your chosen retailer and a new window will open with their details and link through to their website.
You can then purchase through the (online) shop/retailer as you normally would. BUT REMEMBER, in order to generate donations you DO NEED to go through the Giving Machine website every time you want to purchase from a retailer.
There are over 2000 retailers registered with the Giving Machine including many well know retailers e.g. Amazon, e-Bay, John Lewis, EasyJet, Marks and Spencer, Premier Inn, Expedia, as well as other insurance, shopping, holiday, travel, and DIY companies.
The website also allows you set an easy ‘Shopping Reminder’ to use TheGivingMachine.
If you want to change your password or see how much you have donated (it takes a few days to come through), click on ‘My Giving Account’ on the top right of the screen once you have logged in.
