We are especially lucky in Flowton that we hold our Carol Service on Christmas Eve at 6.30pm. It is a traditional service based on the nine lessons and carols format, fully lit by candlelight only. Everyone is warmly welcome to join us, bringing family and guests as we can pack a huge number of people in our small church – we are usually full with standing room only for those who arrive last. As usual the Benefice Choir will be joining us to augment the singing with the traditional carol harmonies and descants, as well as singing a couple of pieces themselves.
Please do join us, but arrive early to guarantee a seat. There are usually some light refreshments after the service. Start your Christmas in style.

We had an amazing carol service on Christmas Eve with the Church almost overflowing. Many thanks to all who attended, to Rev. Dan Harrison, the Benefice Choir and Eileen their accompanist, and everyone who decorated the Church. It was a fabulous start to Christmas.
